For day #261 of the 365 Days of Art- 176 tiles on the wall (called Tile Treasures)
So the 176 Tiles had me thinking about the number 176.
So let's take a look at nine more things that connect to the number 176.
1. A pill with imprint "176" that is oval and white is acetaminophen 325 mg /
2. 176 is a math cake number (here), Cn,, if a 3-D cube could be cut into 15 pieces with 4 slices = 14 from the outside with a tetrahedron cut from the middle...
(And speaking of cake -well regarding the cakes that we eat - I think I have baked at least 88 cakes in my life, which is half of 176....)
3. Japan Sub #176
From wiki here: "The Japanese submarine I-176 (I-76, until 20 May 1942) was a "Kaidai" type of cruiser submarine active in World War II. A KD7 sub-class boat, I-176 was built for the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) in the early 1940s. The most successful submarine of her class, she severely damaged the heavy cruiser USS Chester in October 1942 and sunk the submarine USS Corvina in November 1943, the only Japanese submarine to sink one of her American counterparts. I-176was sunk in May 1944 in the western Pacific by the American destroyers Franks, Haggard and Johnston. I-176 was
presumed lost on June 11, 1944 and was
removed from the Japanese Navy List on July 10."
