| For Day 113 of the 365 Days of Art
I love the two art baskets in the above photo. With all that busy vibe in the street and with the strong buildings - and then the blue sky - the two baskets have an interesting stabilizing effect - and of course the flowers are beautiful.
But my real takeaway from the above watercolor is that sky! And as Vincent van Gogh noted, "I never get tired of the blue sky."
Thought for the day: Let's make sure we enjoy the everyday beauty all around - and let's stir up appreciation for simple things found in nature - like potted flowers that add softness to a city street - and a wonderful blue sky!
