Artist M. Haubenstock (here) had dozens of his paintings on display in Richmond, VA this past spring (2017).
In this post, I am sharing some of his food paintings.
I like the energizing color and originality.
Most of his food paintings are "recipe ingredients" - like soup, guac, pie, etc.
I am not sure which of these I like the most, but the tablecloths and extras in the paintings seem to pull us in as we look around and imagine who would enjoy these finished recipe creations.
