Let's not just be the cynic - let's step up and step out to make things happen. This could mean speaking up, giving feedback that you withheld out of fear, or pursuing that hobby you've been thinking about. There is a time to pause - and wait - and then there is a time to move - a time to step up and out and get things done. :)
